When was the last time we played Edmonton? Ahh, the oil. Their 5 Stanleys, their weird uniforms, their Gretzky love affair, their 10 PM E.T starts making me stay up late. I LOVE IT!
Let’s look at both teams:
Our year so far: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Coach cancelled practice yesterday and took the team bowling. I guess it’s good. Bowling’s fun…IF YOU’RE 80!
Their year so far: I hate playing teams in a dogfight for the playoffs. It`s like eating that pasta that`s been in your fridge for a month and has black dots growing on it. YOU KNOW IT`S GONA BE HARD, BUT DAMN YOU CAN`T RESIST!
Good guy updates: HabsInsideOut is reporting some very weird lines. Koivu centres Pacioretty and D’Agostini. Pleks is sandwiches by Kovy and Mandy Dandy. Yale is flanked by Greek Sleek and Dirty Harry Sr. And last and not fucken least, Lapierre plays between Laraque and Gorges. Yes, I swear, Gorges.

Enemy updates: Ales Hemsky’s good. But what the fuck is up with his name. Ales? Isn’t it supposed to be Alex? I don’t like diversity and imagination. Change it to Alex. Be one of the 4 million Alex’s in the world instead of the 7 Ales’s asshole.
Soft spot for the enemy: BIG SHELDON! WE MISS YOU SHELDON!
Who will probably score for us: At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if Carey’s put on D or Rollie Melanson laces up the skates and plays as a right winger. Nothing surprises me anymore. Did you know that Tomas Plekanec started his career as a pool master, only to injure his thumb so he had to switch to hockey? Is that true? FIGURE IT OUT!

Prediction: I’m no longer making predicitions until we win 3-4 games in a row. I will predict an oil leak and forrest fires though. GO OIL!
