Remember the start of the season? When the Penguins and the Habs were supposed to challege for Eastern supremacy! Those were the days!
Let’s look at both teams:
Our year so far: Good news is, we’re at the same pace as last season. And that didn’t end so bad did it? Exept for the part where Biron decided he’s Patrick Roy for that series. Bad news is, last time we won a game convincingly “What Women Want” had just come out at BlockBuster.
Their year so far: THEY SUCK TOO! WE CAN BEAT THESE GUYS!
Good guy updates: Gorges is probably playing tonight, according to RDS. Alx Henry is on a “get the fuck outta the way” line with Begin and Greek Sleek. HabsInsideOut are saying Kovy is reunited with TurtlePleks and Dirty Harry.
Enemy updates: Crosby and Malkin = 143 points.
Soft spot for the enemy: Miro Satan. Do you wana NOT like him? His name’s Satan.
Who will probably score for us: Alex Kovalev. I have a feeling.
Who will probably score on us: Sid the KId has 8 pts in his last 3 games. When does he stop getting called Sid the Kid. I mean, he’s what? 22? 23? He’s not exatly a kid anymore. What about whe he turns 35? Will he still be called Sid the Kid?
Who will definitely not score for us: TurtlePleks will stay in this category until he breaks out for a hattrick.
Who will definitely not score on us: Tom Kostopoulos. HE PLAYS FOR US NOW!

Prediction: After the big last ditch win against the Kings gave us some happy memories, the loss to the Bruins on sunday was a very sour pill to swallow. hehe, i said swallow. COME ON GUYS BE SERIOUS! We really do need to overcome adversity right now and this might sound crazy, but maybe in a weird demented way the Lang injury will be good to the team. I’m no longer making predicitions until we win 3-4 games in a row.
