Can we safely say that there’s something wrong with Carey Price?
I am in no ay blaming last night’s loss on him, but when your franchise goaltender lets in a soft goal every game, it gets harder and harder to pull off a win.
It seems Price gets out-goalied way too often, last night Ryan Miller showing him who’s his daddy. Not in a sexual way, but in a “I’m American and I’m the face of this Buffalo, bitch!” kind of way.
Alex Kovalev, once again, took two stupid penalties. My friend said it best when he noticed, “Kovy’s like my dog Charlie. He shows flashes of brilliance, but he’s always just like ‘Pick up my shit, I’m incapable’”.
I wouldn’t bet on Kovy staying here past March 4th, or is it the 3rd? I don’t fucken know when trade deadline day is. Speaking of deadline, WHEN THE FUCK IS GEORGE BUSH GONA BE GIVEN A LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD!?
Anyways, moving on… in fear of sounding too negative in this post, let me hit you with some positive shit. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH KOMO!? Too many times, he leaves the crease to go help out Markov along the boards, and you can’t do that. Last night, his giveaway led to the winning goal.
Komi is a UFA at the end of this season, and he’s not a 6 million a year defenseman. He blocks shots, he hits, his timing is right most of the time, but you don’t give 6 mill to a guy like that.
Funny thing is, we started this game really well. Reminded me of the game in Tampa. We peppered them with shots in the first 20, but then they counter-acted with shit loads of Salt.
HAMRLIk IS A FUCKEN OFFENSIVE FORCE! Speaking of fucking, is there a better passer on this team than Grabovski’s lover? Sergei’s awesome man. Almost as awesome as Koivu FUCKEN PLAYING HIS LITTLE FINNISH HEART OUT! Gotta love those Finnish people from…Finland.
