Kostitsyn out, Higgins and Bouillon given green light
While the team stepped on the ice for practice on Sunday morning, there was no word on the state of Andrei Kostitsyn. Following a dirty big hit from Kurt Sauer that left him motionless yesterday, the big beautiful Belarussian winger was k.o’d for a good 2-3 minutes. All we know is that Carbs said he’s feeling better and is not experiencing any major headaches.
On a brighter note, Francis ‘Kickass’ Bouillon and Chris ‘ Yale’ Higgins have both been given the green light by team doctors, but it still remains to be seen whether or not they will play tomorrow night. Carbo fucked with our minds yesterday when he said Higgins would be starting, so we’re not really going to trust a guy that played in Dallas are we? He made me look bad, that’s the bottom line. And not many people make me look bad. It’s just fact.
And in breaking news, Georges Laraque is still awesome.
And oh yeah, remember that rumor I started? Yes, yes, you! The millions of fans who visit my site religiously.

A very good source I’m close to (RIS – channel 124 to all Bell subscribers) has reported that Minnesota is in close talks with Bob Gainey for that guy up there. They want Higgins, Halak, and a 1st round draft pick. Worth it? I don’t know, and I don’t have that much time to talk about it right now. My dog needs to take a crap. But if it does go through, BIG POST REVIEWING THE PROS AND CONS! YOU CAN BET ON THAT!
