Must be something in the water in Sweden…
First it was Forsberg, who took like, 3 years to figure out whether he wanted to come back to the NHL or not. Now it’s our good friend Mats Sundin. What kind of name is Mats anyway? It’s MATT! As in Matthew! Not Mats. Asshole.
The Globe&Mail has reported that Sundin was in a Toronto hospital to undergo a physical. The Canucks, Rangers and Senators are still interested in the big Swede. There could also be interest from other teams, but Sundin would prefer to stay in the East.
More to come…or not. I really don’t care anymore.
