THAT WAS AWESOME! THAT WAS AWESOME! THAT WAS AWESOME! THAT WAS LIKE THE FIRST TIME YOU DISCOVER MAC AND CHEESE! YOU CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S TRUE, AND YOU CAN ONLY HAVE SO MUCH OF IT AT ONCE, EVEN THOUGH YOU WANT SOOOO MUCH MORE!
What can I say about this team? I wana kill each of them one second, and I wana massage them in every way possible the next:
-Were there more Habs fans than Islanders fans? In New York? HEEEEEEEEEEEEEY MR BEEEEEEEEETTMAAAAAAAN!
-Who the hell did Laraque fight? Was that a person? Once again, human beings should not be that large.
-I SAID HIGGINS WOULD SCORE! AND HE DID! I AM AWESOME!
-My prediction of the score was way off, but you look like Jack Black, so shut up!
-Ok, we were completely outplayed for 40 minutes. But this is what’s amazing about this team, we played one period, and we won. Yes, they took the Islanders lightly, they’ll be the first to tell you that. But they never gave up and found a way to win, and all good teams find a way to win. We never should have been 3 goals down, but they fixed that.
-HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR PLEKANEC! What a fucken way to celebrate your birthday. He had to end his slump sometime, he’s just got too much talent. What a first goal eh!? That was the kind of stuff you see in underage pornos.
-9 points by Pleks-Kovy-A. Kost tonight. THAT MADE MY NIGHT! THAT MADE MY DAY! THAT MADE MY WEEK! THAT MADE MY MONTH! …I have no life…
-This team has to understand that night in night out, teams see us as “the” team to beat now. They no longer take us lightly, and when our style of play doesn’t work, we have to adjust and find an alternative.
-Mark Streit looked…sad. Or maybe that’s just the general complexion of his face. He did seem like he was deeply depressed though.
-We are very, and I mean very, lucky that this New York Islanders team did not know how to protect such a large lead.
-Next time let’s play for a full 60 minutes. How ’bout that? Ok? Ok good. Thank you.
