After Friday night’s loss in Atlanta, your beloved Montreal Canadiens are in 6th place, one point out of 9th place Pittsburgh and 2 out of 10th and the Sabres.
Carbo said, in his post game press conference, that he “liked his team’s 60-minute effort.”. Yeah, I liked it too, but then I woke up and puked.
You know what made me puke? Glen Metropolit on the 5-on-3.
You know what else made me puke? That we couldn’t give Carey some confidence back by playing hard in front of him. Kid played like an NHL goatender for the first time since Yom Kippur.
You know what else made me puke? The fact that Ryan O’Byrne beat up an 18 year old. I thought that was considered statutory rape.
You know what else makes me puke? Lack of potassium. People really don’t get enough potassium, and it’s really sad.
We’e in trouble, and the sad thing is, I don’t think Carbo has answers. Maybe the game against Dallas will be better and we’ll get a win, we’re capabale of beating anyone if we actually play, but the Stars have two guys names Begin and Ribeiro, and they work out at the Y during the summer. You know they’re gona be packing.
