When people just talk too much
I’m not sure if you guys have seen it, but on Saturday night’s “Hockey Night in Canada”, Don Cherry criticized Alex Ovechkin for being “over-the top” during his goal celebrations.
“Goofy soccer guys?”. Hey Don, maybe you shouldn’t criticize a sport whose main event (ie the FIFA World Cup) is watched by an average of 1.6 billion people? I thought you were a “Hockey Expert” anyway.
I don’t know, but if you wanted to stop Ovechkin celebrating his goals the way he does, maybe you should go down there and stop him from scoring? I don’t know. Crazy idea, eh? So crazy, it just might work!
