Whoa man, where’d that come from?

haha, get it? get it? Change is happening!
I’m kidding. You could kinda see it coming.
A couple of changes have happened today within the organization.
First of all, Kovy has been ordered to take a couple of days off, he won’t be joining the team in Washington and Pittsburgh.
Gainey showed up at practice this morning and spoke to the Russian superstar? himself, telling him “the team has no need of Kovalev’s services the way he’s currently playing. He added that Kovalev was tired and wasn’t playing with any emotion.” (Habs Inside/Out)
It’s a good move. Do we have a better team without him in the lineup? Probably not. But it does send a message. The unfortunate part of all this isn’t that he won’t be playing, it’s that the guy has the best hands in the NHL. I don’t know whether it’s the determination or passion that’s missing from his game, but it’s a question of unwillingness, not incapability.
Trust me, one night with Kovy and you won’t need your significant other or even your own hands, if you know what I mean.
Sergei Kostitsyn was also sent down to the Hamilton Bulldogs in the “FUCKEN FINALLY!” move of the day. Gregory Stewart has been called up in his place.
What happened to Sergei anyway? He’s played with good linemates, he’s had the ice-time. He just hasn’t been the same hungry player. ANDREI! STOP COOKING FOR YOUR BRUDDER! Only one thing’s more certain than Chris Brown’s lady-treating abilities though, Sergei lost his place. He had a guaranteed spot in the lineup and only his own play has sent him down.
Hey, you can’t blame Gainey for not shaking things up. The season can still be saved. LET’S DO THIS! WHO’S WITH ME!?!?
… *10 minutes of silence*
screw you guys.
